    Fermentation and refinery: Grapes are de-stemmed and placed into automatic winemakers for fermentation with selected yeasts. Maceration for about 8 days at a controlled temperature. Maturation in steel.

    Temperature for Serving: Lightly chilled, 13-14°C, 55-57°F
    Tasting notes: Ruby red color, intense aromas with fresh fruity notes like cherries, spices, floral, and light mineral hints.
