Temperature for Serving: Cold! 7-8 °C Alcohol: 11.0% Tasting notes: This Prosecco is balanced, not too sweet, not too dry, with slight notes of pear on the nose. On the palate, it is refreshing and crisp. Pairing Suggestions: It pairs well with fish and cheese, is wonderful as an aperitif, and great for making an Aperol Spritz or your favorite summer cooler.
