Fermentation and refinery: Brief maceration, soft pressing, static settling and fermentation in stainless steel for 6 months at controlled temperature. Maturing on the lees until March.

Temperature for Serving: 12-14°C
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow with light green highlights. The aroma is flowery, elegant and polished. It’s dry and full with a pleasantly bitter finish.
Serving Suggestions: Fantastic with cold appetizers, vegetable soups or creamy soups, pasta dishes with vegetables, fish or white meat.
