From the Latin ‘Primum’, meaning First, and ‘Mons’, meaning Mountain. An acronym indicating the first wine produced in the Friulian mountains.

Tasting notes: Appearance is bright, shiny, and transparent, all accompanied by a straw yellow hue with slightly amber nuances.
On the nose, it is extremely pleasant and pronounced. Complex, where the alcohol enhances the quince, the honeyed notes of acacia flowers and custard, with light citrus notes fused with sensations of white peach juice.
On the palate, it has a very fresh entry, with an excellent mineral flavor, which envelops the palate with powerful, frank notes reminiscent of almond, peach, and custard. The balanced alcohol is fused with sensations of light spicy notes. The finish is complex and elegant, with excellent body, which leads one to think of a wine of great character.
Serving suggestions: It elegantly pairs with aged cheeses, white meats, and fish. The bold aromas and intense flavor make this wine an ideal companion also as an aperitif.
