Fermentation and refinery: 15 days fermentation and maceration in open vats with daily interventions to maximize extraction. 18-24 months of aging in large Slavonian oak barrels before bottling.
Alcohol: 14.0%
Tasting notes: Ruby red in color with garnet highlights, the nose opens with very direct notes of red fruit, then moves on to more herbaceous notes, especially hay. It finishes with a very elegant spicy note that introduces a bold palate, driven by vinous yet not excessive tannins, which give way to intense and lingering fruit. Drink now!
